Who We’re Looking For
We’re currently hiring for roles at our sites in Abilene, TX, and we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds. Ideal candidates include:

Experienced wind turbine technicians (3+ years in the field preferred)
Individuals with High Voltage electrical expereince, ideally in wind but solar and/or other energy sectors would be an advantage

Individuals with GWO certifications (BST, ART, BTT, etc.) or willingness to obtain them

Strong communicators who can explain complex topics clearly and confidently

People with a passion for safety, mentorship, and hands-on training
